1. The seller states the cost of shipping when loading an item to Tambourine.

2. The shipping cost is displayed to a potential buyer before they pay at the checkout screen.

3. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay the shipping cost directly to the sellerat the time of making the purchase.

4. Sellers arrange their own shipping. We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping proof of postage.

As all purchases are made using tokens from our in-house token system, we will refund you the number of tokens you paid for the purchase plus extra tokens to cover the cost of shipping. Even better, depending on the reason for wanting a refund e.g. ‘wrong size’, you can load it back onto Tambourine for someone else and increase your token account.
